At our Build to Rent communities, we aim to provide you with the best living experience possible for renters. This begins with a streamlined, personalised leasing experience, where your needs are at the forefront. You can simply call or email to arrange an appointment, or stop by if you like to tour our beautiful community and view our model apartment. Once at the community, you will be able to reserve an apartment and start the rental process on the spot. No need to attend open houses and negotiate rents. All of our apartments are rented at set prices on a first come, first served basis to all qualified renters. Our attention to your needs as a modern renter begins on your first visit and will remain once you are in your home.

 Q.  Are Build to Rent communities rental apartments only? 

Yes! We are pleased to offer Western Australia’s first rental-only apartment communities, where serving modern renters is our priority. There will not be individual owners of the apartments. The community was built and will be managed to cater to the needs of today’s apartment renters, making YOU and YOUR rental experience the focus.

 Q.  What is on-site management? 

Our communities have both on-site leasing and maintenance staff to provide you with the best rental experience possible. You will be able to contact management staff located at the apartment community for all leasing and maintenance needs. Your rental experience is paramount to us!

 Q.  What is around-the-clock maintenance? 

Maintenance is available 24 hours per day at our communities and will be performed by an on-site maintenance staff at no additional cost to the resident. Residents will have access to an online portal to inform the maintenance staff of their needs.

 Q.  Are rental rates negotiated at your Build to Rent communities? 

No, apartments are offered at set prices and you will not need to do any rent negotiation. Simply reserve your apartment, proceed through the approval process and move in!

 Q.  Do I need to bring my own kitchen appliances? 

No! Every apartment in our communities is fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, a stovetop, an oven and a microwave. You will not need to bring your own kitchen appliances to your apartment.

 Q.  Do the apartments have washers and dryers? 

Yes! Every apartment in our communities has a washer and dryer. You will not need to bring your own washer and dryer to your new apartment.
